I've been with them since the very start when Erin first launched, so about three years now, and it's safe to say they are stuck with me forever! I can't imagine a more supportive and hard-working team. Whether it's helping me work towards specific goals, encouraging my creativity, or just being an ear to listen when I need it, Neon Rose, and specifically Lisa and Kaylie, are always there for me. When it comes to brand partnerships, they are always bringing me deals that align with my personal brand, and I know that I am always in the best hands when it comes to structuring the partnerships in terms of logistics, contracts, etc. which allows me to fully focus on the creative aspects of what I do. It is really like one big family with my talent managers working hard to make my dream partnerships happen, hitting my business goals, checking in with the directions I want to take for my business, and more. It has taken a big load of stress off of my shoulders since working with Neon Rose. Let’s be honest, I can’t say I love negotiating, nor am I the most organized person in the world to track all the details (talking about those missing deadlines here - anyone?). Especially, with my first baby on the way, Neon Rose management makes me feel like I can count on them, and I don’t need to worry about putting my business on a complete pause.
