Senior Talent Manager
SAN DIEGO / LOS ANGELES / REMOTE
the role
You'll be working directly with our influencers, brand clients, and the entire Neon Rose team to help build and nurture relationships, as well as handle sponsored collaborations.
This job is perfect for you if you have the skill set and ability to negotiate confidently and effectively on behalf of our clients and the agency.
It is also important that you are a person who is extremely organized, has great time management skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think on your toes, and works to get the job done quickly and efficiently.
Establish, nurture, and manage relationships with an exclusive roster of talent
Play a role in sourcing and recruiting creators to your exclusive roster
Pitch and effectively negotiate with brands to meet and exceed goals
Manage inbound inquiries for creators
Cultivate and own strong relationships with influencers, brands, and agencies
Lead client meetings and be able to deliver strategic advice on accounts
Oversee the work of one or more Talent Managers
Oversee Talent Coordinators who execute campaigns
Work in a highly collaborative environment with creative and dedicated people!
What You'll Do:

2+ years of direct Talent Manager experience
Be extremely organized and resourceful
Attention to detail
Eagerness to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to think on your feet
Deep knowledge and love for social media influencers
Excellent written/verbal communication and analytical skills with the ability to present information effectively and concisely, both internally within a team environment, and externally with our clients
Excellent time management skills and ability to work collaboratively and independently to prioritize assigned tasks and execute them while maintaining deadlines
A strong work ethic, ability to take initiative, great attitude, a self-starter, and highly motivated
